Shipping & Returns

We ship our products worldwide, and strive to always provide our customers with high-quality products that are accurate to their orders. However, we understand that customers will occasionally receive products that were inadvertently damaged or were not what the customer was expecting.
Please review our shipping information and returns and refunds policy outlined below.

Returning Items
Though we strive to only send high-quality products, we understand that some items may not meet your expectations as far as desired look or fit. For this reason, we offer an excellent return service. If you need to return an item, follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the item’s delivery.
  • If calling, have your order number on hand. If sending an email, include the order number in the subject line. This will help us process your return quickly.
  • We will only accept returns for merchandise that has not been used, worn, washed, or damaged, and is still in its original condition.
  • Please maintain the original packaging of the item you are returning, including tags, boxes, and bags.
  • Package the items securely to prevent loss or damage.
  • Once the customer service department has authorized your return, you will receive an email containing a shipping label. You must attach this label to every package that is being returned to us.

Return Shipping Options
You can use one of two ways to return a product to us:

  1. Reverse pickup from your shipping address—Please note this is only available in certain areas, based on the service network of our couriers.
  2. Self-ship the returned product to us—Please ensure the shipping method you choose returns the item within 10 days.

Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If possible, we ask that you send photographs of the damage to hasten the refund process. The refund will be credited to your payment account.

Please return the item with all original tags and packaging. Items with missing tags are not eligible for refunds.

Issuing Refunds
If you need a refund on a product for any reason, we will refund the purchase price based on the following conditions:

  1. Item is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase
  2. Original receipt or proof of purchase is included with the return
  3. You provide your name and address
  4. The items you are returning are not clearance items
  5. The items are unused and unworn, and original tags and labels are attached
If a refund is requested, the purchase price (minus delivery costs) will be refunded to you using the original payment method; gift cards cannot be refunded. The refund will only be processed after the returned item is received, and it is verified that the conditions listed above were met. You will be responsible for any costs for returning the item.

Our Shipping

We work with some of the largest, most reliable shipping companies in the world to ensure you receive your package safely and in a timely manner. We ship to countries worldwide.

Processing and Shipping Times
After receiving an order, we complete a thorough quality-control check to ensure the items being shipped are in excellent condition. Because of the variety of products we provide, processing time for your order may fluctuate depending on the products you order. For simple items or small orders, you may expect an average processing time of 1 to 3 business days; more complicated items or larger orders may take as many as 5 to 7 business days to be processed before leaving our warehouse. This time is taken in order to assure your absolute satisfaction with our products.

Delivery times may be affected by holidays or peak shipping times for the delivery services we employ. We make every effort to send you your order as quickly as possible, and will inform you if there are any delays that occur beyond our control.

Shipping Options
Due to the varying sizes and weights of items, not all shipments are eligible for flat-rate shipping. We may have to use Standard Rate or Expedited shipping to deliver your order, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please also note that some items are not deliverable by certain carriers. If you select a carrier who will not deliver your product, we will reroute your order through another carrier to ensure its delivery. This may incur additional shipping time or costs.

Signature upon Delivery
If you are unavailable to sign for your package, our couriers will attempt to leave the package with two of your neighbors. If neither is available to sign for the package, they will leave a calling card of where you can collect your package.
